What Happens After An Offer

Now, accepting an offer is just a step in the right direction when selling your home.

Once an offer is accepted we need you to know what the next steps look like and what each party must do to fulfill their obligations.

That’s what we, as agents, are here for.

The word Agent, in greek, translates into the word catalyst.

We create the chemistry needed to make a deal happen.

And the steps that happen after an accepted offer
are key chapters in our chemistry book.

Here is an example of what these steps look like.

But first take a look at Jess and Mike. 





At first they were trying to sell their house by themselves.

Without an agent. For sale by owner.

They had a few offers. Mostly low ball offers from investors.

But they got one good offer from a neighbor.

That neighbor was a lawyer and tried to maneuver around them with some tricky paperwork after inspection.

After the deal fell through they reached out to us.

And we got them out of that neighborhood, far away from those nasty neighbors in under 60 days.
